Grace Health is a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) providing health care in Bell, Clay, Knox, Laurel, Leslie, Whitley Counties in southeastern Kentucky.  We offer many services including family practice, internal medicine, pediatrics, women's care and behavioral health.

The mission of Grace Health is to show the love and share the truth of Jesus Christ to southeastern Kentucky through access to compassionate, high quality, primary health care for the whole person.
